31. Time of sittings. The sittings of the court are held in the morning, afternoon or evening, at any time set, after consultation with the clerk, by the judge assigned to the municipal court, where only one judge is assigned to the court.
In municipal courts where more than one judge is assigned, the time is set, after consultation with the clerk, by the coordinating judge.
